It’s a good news/bad news kind of thing as the Red Wings prospects’ season continues to rumble to life.
In the Swedish J20 league, Charlie Forslund scored a penalty shot goal and finished at +1 with a shot and a penalty in Mora IK’s 6-5 shootout loss to MoDo Hockey.

Michael Brandsegg-Nygard somehow wasn’t credited with his assist, finishing even with 2 shots, a minor penalty taken, and 15:29 played;
Sandin Pellikka blocked 2 shots in 2:37 of ice time…

Pellikka, who has dealt with some injury problem in the preseason, is now 100% and will make his season debut with a pair of Champion’s Hockey League games this weekend.

This early in the season–literally the first game for MBN and ASP–so there’s nothing to panic about, but the “concern button” is being pressed.
