Per CapFriendly, the Red Wings have lost the “exclusive rights” to sign Keith Petruzzelli, Kasper Kotkansalo and Patrick Holway as of August 15th:

While many of the 2021 off-season critical dates were pushed forward, the August 15 'Must Sign By' for certain College players remained in effect.
