Twitter scuttlebutt: What’s that puck?

Take this for what you will, from Ben Lloyd and Winging It in Motown on Twitter:

Uh, this was the puck used in 2015 for a Sergei Hall of Fame night. Same puck used for Lidstrom that season too, not during Nick’s jersey retirement night.— Gordon (@gord93) August 20, 2021

So it’s either a badly named holdover from 2015 (when Fedorov was inducted into the HHoF, but no actual jersey retirement happened) or it’s a placeholder image for something that shouldn’t have gone live just yet.

  1. Fedorov’s Puck is invisible and only turns the color of money when it goes in the net. The Puck is then unusable in the NHL. If it changes to any other color, video review . If video review is wrong, the puck will not come out of the Net until review is right. Other things can happen but you have to take inhale another deep puff of Mary Jane or whoever the H3!! she or it is. Sounds good to me but not Jim Devellano. So a Coach once told me?? He was gone after that BS!
