Per 97.1 the Ticket’s Pat Caputo:

Petr Mrazek was basically run out of town by his teammates last time with Red Wings. Very immature. Hopefully that’s changed. He can get hot. Almost stole series from TB. Longtime ago, though. Deal expresses frustration with Lyon. Smith is a 4th liner. Underwhelming move.
