Of Red Wings prospect-related note:

In the KHL, Dmitri Buchelnikov finished even with 2 shots in 19:32 played as Vityaz Moscow Region lost 3-2 to CSKA Moscow.

Red Wings Prospects on Twitter noted that Buchelnikov was involved in a scoring play…

Dimitri Buchelnikov(2nd round’22) draws a high stick on a nice drive to the net. On the ensuing power play he possibly picks up a secondary assist. (KHL is very weird on secondary assists) #LGRW pic.twitter.com/zRMGjspN5b

Look at this read and interception by Buchelnikov. Doesn’t result in anything but he makes tons of these types of plays in a game. pic.twitter.com/VbUPZ94xZM
