Prospect Round-up Europe: Larsson wins, Grewe returns in Allsvenskan

Of Red Wings prospect-related note this afternoon:

In the Swedish Allsvenskan, Filip Larsson stopped 17 of 20 shots in HV71 Jonkoping’s 4-3 overtime win over MoDo;

And Albin Grewe returned to Mora IK’s lineup after battling a concussion for a couple of weeks, finishing even with 2 shots and a penalty taken during Mora’s 3-0 win over Tingsryds IF.

I have been blogging about the Red Wings since 2006, when MLive hired me to work their SlapShots blog, and I joined Kukla's Korner in 2011 as The Malik Report. I'm starting The Malik Report as a stand-alone site, hoping that having my readers fund the website is indeed the way to go to build a better community and create better content.

  1. Five ? Is that true? I don’t get to all but it is sometimes tough to get to all. There is only one Mr Malik, thru Sick and Thin , he writes mostly all Wings Hockey and more.

    I should read Overseas stuff because it has come ALIVE.

    WHL, OHL, QMHL(?) was always the main focus here, wonder how many red those? Not a Knock on those, as it seems a couple of very good Wing Rookies have returned an interest across te Atlantic.

    While am able to type, were is Vrana at with his Rehab? Room in the Top 6 has become slim.
