Prospect round-up, North America: Fulcher has a rough go in Walleye loss to Fort Wayne

In the ECHL, the Toledo Walleye were playing 3 games in 3 nights this weekend, and somebody had to go back-to-back after Billy Christopoulos played in a 6-4 win over Kalamazoo on Friday.

That somebody was Red Wings prospect Kaden Fulcher, the only Wings prospect currently playing on the Walleye, and Fulcher back-stopped Toledo to a 6-0 win over Kalmazoo on Saturday, stopping 22 shots.

On Sunday, Fulcher got the nod ahead of Christopoulos, and he had a rough night, giving up 5 goals on 25 shots as Toledo lost 5-2 to Fort Wayne. The Walleye’s website posted a recap and a highlight clip:
