Prospect round-up, Europe: Wallinder scores in Rogle BK win; Viro’s ice time takes a hit

Of Red Wings-related note in Europe today:

In the SHL, William Wallinder scored a goal, finishing at +1 with 1 shot in 15:03 played as Rogle BK won 2-1 in overtime over Oskarshamn:

And in the Finnish Liiga, Eemil Viro finished at -1 with 2 shots in 14:45 as TPS Turku lost 3-0 to Jurkurit. TPS plays tomorrow, so the coaching staff may be watching his ice time closely.

  1. Like the increase in ice time for Wallinder and apparently being considered for the World Junior tournament. Would be distressing if the first pick of the second round ended up washing out.
