Tweets of note from Bultman: updates on Rasmussen, Bertuzzi

From The Athletic’s Max Bultman:

Michael Rasmussen did not make the trip to Pittsburgh today for the Red Wings. Will pass along any updates when I can— Max Bultman (@m_bultman) October 3, 2021

Blashill says as of now Tyler Bertuzzi is not in for tomorrow— Max Bultman (@m_bultman) October 3, 2021

Blashill says Michael Rasmussen had “a little tweak.” Does not think it’s anything long-term, but Rasmussen not expected for the next few games.— Max Bultman (@m_bultman) October 3, 2021

I have been blogging about the Red Wings since 2006, when MLive hired me to work their SlapShots blog, and I joined Kukla's Korner in 2011 as The Malik Report. I'm starting The Malik Report as a stand-alone site, hoping that having my readers fund the website is indeed the way to go to build a better community and create better content.

  1. Apparently, some players have been infected with Covid prior to the season. It is starting to look like one of the apparent side effects aside from fatigue are heart conditions that makes them unable to become vaccinated. Results are still being evaluated, One player can not play NHL hockey again and at least the other 2 out indefinitely.

There maybe other conditions not publicly known, adding to Non Vaxxers decisions.

This is getting to be an increasingly more serious problem BUT if possible GET VACCINATED!!! Non Vaxxers are taking the lives of loved ones and others close to them. Too late to admit a mistake was made.
