Prospect round-up: busy times in the Finnish Liiga, SHL

The Red Wings’ European-playing prospects were very busy on Saturday, but before I get started rounding up their work, let’s take note of a game that took place on Friday night:

In the BCHL, Kienan Draper didn’t register a point in the Chilliwack Chiefs’ 3-2 OT loss to Surrey;

On Saturday, in Europe:

In the Finnish Liiga, Eemil Viro finished at +1 in 16:38 played as TPS Turku won 4-1 over Jukurit;

HPK lost 1-0 to Sport without Jared McIsaac;

Victor Brattstrom stopped 24 of 26 shots as KooKoo won 4-2 over Ilves;

In the SHL, Jonatan Berggren had an assist but finished at -1 in 11:49 as Skelleftea AIK won 3-1 over Vaxjo;

Rogle won 3-1 over Orebro without Moritz Seider; Mathias Brome had an assist and finished at -1 in 20:32 played for Orebro;

Albert Johansson had an assist in 17:32 played as Farjestads BK won 3-2 in OT over HV71:

Albin Grewe played 6:55 on the fourth line as Djurgardens IF lost 4-3 to Oskarshamn;

In the Swedish Allsvenskan, Filip Larsson pitched a 20-save shutout as Almtuna IS won 2-0 over Modo Ornskoldsvik. Gustav Lindstrom played 23:49, had 4 shots and took a penalty; William Wallinder had 4 shots in 13:39 played for Modo.

And in the Swedish J20 league: Theodor Niederbach had 2 goals and 2 assists and Elmer Soderblom had a goal and 3 assists as the Frolunda Indians won 9-3 over Sodertalje SK.
