Larkin, and very many of the other Wings nursing minor “tweaks”, are all on the ice this morning. #RedWings— Ted Kulfan (@tkulfan) September 19, 2019

These two are still confusing for me because I want to write 51 for both in my notes. #RedWings pic.twitter.com/zMma9FenfF— Dana Wakiji (@Dwakiji) September 19, 2019

Yesterday #RedWings Mantha was the only one on his line in practice. Healthy to play but Blashill wanted them in a game together. “I’ll wait for them,” he said. Didn’t have to wait too long. Now we will see if they’re ready to go tomorrow.— Dana Wakiji (@Dwakiji) September 19, 2019

Dylan Larkin says he’s dealing with a sore heel issue that predates training camp. Seems confident he’ll appear in exhibition game, not sure it’ll be as soon as this weekend. #RedWings— Helene St. James (@HeleneStJames) September 19, 2019

#RedWings Larkin says he has a bit of a foot thing going on that happened before camp while running. But he said if it were the regular season, he would be playing.— Dana Wakiji (@Dwakiji) September 19, 2019

Larkin says he has a nagging “foot thing” stemming from before training camp. He said if this was regular season, he’d be in the lineup, that everyone is overreacting. #RedWings— Ted Kulfan (@tkulfan) September 19, 2019

Asked Dylan Larkin about Taro Hirose. Larkin says Hirose noticeably stronger, says when Hirose joined Wings in March, “we didn’t tell him about it, but he didn’t really look like a hockey player. It really looked like he’d never touched a weight in his life. … he looks fit.”— Helene St. James (@HeleneStJames) September 19, 2019

#RedWings Seider, Green and Lindstrom all practicing today after playing last night. Guys who played back to back like Rasmussen, Hirose and de la Rose all get today off.— Dana Wakiji (@Dwakiji) September 19, 2019

“I feel good on the ice. Just taking it easy, resting up. I hope to play soon,” – Dylan gives an update and talks Hirose & Veleno. pic.twitter.com/NYLq5WB04R— Detroit Red Wings (@DetroitRedWings) September 19, 2019

Update:

#RedWings Blashill said he doesn’t anticipate Larkin playing tomorrow. But sounds like Mantha and Bertuzzi will play without him.— Dana Wakiji (@Dwakiji) September 19, 2019
