Stitching on the ‘C’

This is a really remarkable video from Dan Mannes and Red Wings TV, in which Ted Lindsay, Alex Delvecchio, Steve Yzerman, Nicklas Lidstrom and Henrik Zetterberg all discuss the importance of wearing the “C” in Detroit:

  1. I think he has been seen and acted like a C in the past. He has a well rounded game and a very good head on his shoulders. He will be more than Fine with this rebuilding young team.

Never holds back but never puts his skate in his mouth. After he started most could see a unique player.

  2. Great video. I recently read the book Networth and it made me appreciate Ted Lindsay even more. Not only a great player, but a great human being fighting for players rights. Especially against the tyrant Jack Adams, who got rid of Ted and split up the Wings dynasty…. probably cost us many more Cups.
