Dealing with an anxiety attack

Hello. I’m sorry for the interruption in service over the past two days, but I’ve been suffering from a severe and sustained anxiety attack. I’ve taken extra medication to no avail, and am going to see my therapist today to try to “talk it out.” I hope to return today but will see how things play out. At present I’m in a lot of pain and feel severe fatigue, as is predictable with these attacks.

  1. Hang in there buddy. Anxiety is not fun. Hopefully, you are able to zen through and see that in the big bad picture of it all, there really should be no need for so much stress and anxiety. I hope u r well soon.

  2. I’m so very sorry, that’s a truly awful way to feel. To experience a sustained anxiety attack is an agony most people haven’t experienced and can’t relate to. Wishing you relief very soon, hopefully you were able to get help today. Hang in there.

  3. George, we your readers are totally in support of you and your medical condition. We understand when you need to take a break. Anxiety sucks worse than Mike Millbury.
