  1. Im not sure what any of these signings actually do. Im ok with all of them, just dont know what value there is.

  2. no value there, just kenny thinking he wins if he has more pieces, irregardless the pieces are useless and of little value.
Who here thought he changed his spots?

    he didn’t.

  3. Well that sucks. Green was reportedly looking for a longer deal, since he couldn’t find it shows his lack of value.

Does this leave any room for prospects now with these 3 junk signings?

  4. 1 year for green is all I would offer. Wings clearly don’t see their D prospects are ready.

Vanek is a no. Ras and Zadina, AA, Svech, Nyq, Mantha. Top 9 forwards. I guess if AA is traded for faulk, then I’ll take vanek. One year, move him at the deadline. But a 3rd round pick isnt even that valuable.

    Bernier is fine with me.

  5. Mr. Green was the hottest thing going at the March trade deadline until it was revealed he had an injury. It was probable that he was worth a 1st rounder in the thin market!

an extra year on his contract at this years deadline means teams wont be trading assets for just one playoff run and maybe justify a high price for him this year. Rebuild 101.

I will try to remember this when Mr. Hicketts get lost on waivers at the beginning of this year. sigh…
